What is your rental policy?

Rentals run for a standard 3 days, with 5 and 7 day options available. The dress is yours from the day before your event until the day after.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a fully refundable deposit (typically 50–75% of retail) is collected at the time of booking and refunded within 48 hours of return, provided the dress is undamaged.

Do you offer alterations?

Complimentary minor alterations (length, simple hemming, easy take-ins) are included. Major alterations are not permitted to preserve the integrity of the pieces.

What if the dress is damaged?

Minor wear is expected and covered. Significant damage (tears, deep stains, missing embellishment) is assessed against the deposit. We will always discuss before charging.

How does the return process work?

You return the dress the day after your event, or we collect it from you anywhere in Lahore. No need to dry clean — we handle all cleaning in-house.

Can I rent for events outside Lahore?

Yes — we ship nationwide via secure courier. Outstation rentals require a longer window and a small shipping fee.

How early should I book?

For bridal pieces, 4–8 weeks ahead is ideal. For formal and party wear, 1–2 weeks is usually enough. Last-minute requests are welcome subject to availability.
